Notes before installing
This installation is for every user in the computer.
The person must be an administrator or system with low security policy to install the application.


Steps to install
Open the file with Winzip or auto unzip with WinXP and above.
Click setup.exe to run setup.
Click Next (Welcome Screen)
Click Next (Select the destination folder).
Click Install (Ready to install)
Click Finish.
QuickReact icon will be shown in the system tray after installation completed
A web browser showing "Learn the main features of QuickReact in 30 secs" before you start using.


How to
Easy Techniques to be effectively used

Find a window to maximize in the fastest way
Press hotkey (ALT + Q).
Select Show and Maximize.
A popout menu list of windows will be shown.
Click on the selected window you want to activate and maximize.


Find a window to maximize using the 2nd way
Move your cursor to the QuickReact icon
Double-click on the QuickReact icon in the system tray or taskbar.
A popout menu list of windows will be shown.
Click on the windows you want to activate and maximize.


Hide all windows and Show program / Windows Explorer
Press hotkey (ALT+A)


Restore all windows
Press hotkey (ALT+A or Q)
Click Restore and Minimize all or Restore, show and maximize


Hide all windows and Show other programs other than Windows Explorer(ALT + A)
Press hotkey(ALT + Q) or click on the QuickReact icon in the system tray or taskbar.
Click EfxSoft QuickReact.
Click Program to Run and Hide All

Type in the run command or program path in the text field.
Example for program path="C:\program files\quicktime\quicktimeplayer.exe".
Example for show a word document="C:\schoolwork\project2004.doc".
Example for showing a folder="c:\schoolwork"
Example for showing a website="http://www.yahoo.com"

2nd way to hide other windows and show a working window
Press hotkey(ALT + Q) or click on the QuickReact icon in the system tray or taskbar.
Click hide all, show and maximize. then choose the window you want to show


Faster Switching a taskbar to autohide or shown always (For Windows XP / Vista)
Press hotkey(ALT + Q) or click on the QuickReact icon in the system tray or taskbar.
Click on taskbar
Select Autohide to automatically hide taskbar or show to make taskbar shown always




Uninstallation
Uninstalling
After you have uninstalled the program, you would need to restart the PC to have it totally uninstalled
After the computer restarted,the program is totally uninstalled

Some Troubleshooting if you have any system display hangs during Hide All function

If the screen happen to hang or see a grey/white screen or you cannot see the desktop, click on the grey/white screen and press Alt+F4. The screen will be gone.
This happen sometimes because there are some other windows/programs running in the background have popouts to do operations or process.

What kind of user rights does the user have in order to use quickreact?

The user must at least have the rights(Power Users rights and above) to install or write/modify/read rights in the installed folder in order to use this program. Or else, the quickreact will end if it trys to write a file in the program files folder for the ALT+A hide all settings.
1.It is to set the "program files/efxsoft quickreact" folder or installed folder to the user with write/modify/read rights
2. Set the user as power user or administrator type.
